A proper daily dental health routine is mandatory to people of all ages in order to preserve their oral and general health. You should brush your teeth at least twice a day – each time for two full minutes. This procedure allows you to stay safe from bacteria, tartar, plaque, and food/drinks residue. The routine also helps you reduce the risk of gums and teeth diseases.
You should floss after each meal if you cannot brush your teeth. You should also floss before every brushing session to better dislocate food particles stuck between your teeth.
